May is Mental Health Awareness Month! đź’š


With the flowers blooming and the days getting longer, May is a beautiful reminder of growth and renewal. It is also the perfect time to check in—not just with those around us, but with ourselves.


Life can be a lot sometimes, and it is completely okay to not be okay. Whether you’re finding your groove or just trying to get through the day, remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health.


This month, let’s make a pact to:

Be Kind: A little self-compassion goes a long way.

Be Present: Take five minutes today to just breathe and notice the world around you.

Be Bold: Reach out to a friend for a chat, or speak up if you need a helping hand.
