On 5th May it’s ‘Giving Tuesday’ a global day to give thanks for the compassion we’ve seen during COVID-19
Even though our doors are closed, our client’s wellbeing is our number priority! On Tuesday 5th May, we are launching our wellbeing project called “Green Fingers, Calm Minds” with a free/donations based mindfulness session for women.

Please note this class is for women only, however, we will be running lots of mixed classes too so watch this space!
