Many of us lead our lives doing the best we can and yet we still have the feeling that there must be more to life.
We may want to make changes in our lives and we may lack the tools, information and skills to make the changes long lasting.
We may want to do something creative and yet we may not know how to do this.
We may want to end an unfulfilling job or relationship and make a new start.
We may be going through life reacting to events and we may want to make more informed and pro-active choices and decisions.
This workshop will enable you to assess what your current priorities are and restart your journey. Working in pairs in a small group there will be fun exercises for you to explore answers to the following questions:
What is my life's purpose? What is my intention? What values guide me on my path? Where am I going? How will I know when I am on task? How can I take responsibility for my choices and actions?
